Day out – Goodwood Festival of Speed

With Yuki producing a lot of creative work for Fiat Group, it’s good to stay up to speed with what’s happening in the automotive world. Our friends over at Fiat provided us with day passes to the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Armed with our cameras, sunglasses and driving gloves, Yuki departed on a mini road trip to investigate.

After eventually making it out of the stylish Alfa Romeo stand, we spent some time taking in the other car brands exhibiting. It’s always good to see what they’re up to – and to know we’re still leading the way with the brands we look after. Highlights of the day would be the Red Arrows air show, the beautiful Alfa 4C on display, and the very impressive Goodwood sculpture – this year inspired by the timeless Jaguar E-type.

Special mention should also go to the classic car paddock. Walking around there is like a trip back in time and you really get a feel for the passion and care these enthusiasts have. You can’t beat the smell of petrol and the roar of an old classic!
